Der US-Dollar bewegt sich am Dienstag im Umfeld von Anzeichen für eine Deeskalation im Handelsstreit zwischen den USA und China auf breiter Basis seitwärts.
Mit S&P siedelt bereits die zweite Agentur Russlands Bonität oberhalb vom Ramschniveau an. Mit der Bonitätsanhebung dürften nun auch konservativere Investoren in der Lage sein, in russische Anleihen zu investieren
Kurzfristig sind die Aussichten für den Rubel den Analysten der Danske Bank zufolge angesichts Ende Januar 2018 drohender neuer anti-russischer US-Sanktionen jedoch heikel.
Die Notenbank in Moskau hat sich auch nach dem überraschend starken Zinsschritt vergangenen Freitag ausdrücklich zu weiteren geldpolitischen Lockerungen für die erste Jahreshälfte 2018 bekannt.
Nachdem die lang ersehnte US-Zinsanhebung seit Mittwochabend Geschichte ist, rückt nun verstärkt die ebenfalls seit langem erwartete US-Steuerreform in den Fokus.
