Generalversammlung genehmigt alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrates

Altdorf/Kairo, 19. Mai 2015 - Gestern fand in Altdorf, Schweiz, die 7. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Orascom Development Holding AG (Orascom Development) statt.

An der Generalversammlung nahmen 319 Aktionäre teil. Insgesamt waren 73,99 % des ausgegebenen Aktienkapitals vertreten.

Sämtliche Anträge des Verwaltungsrates wurden mit deutlicher Mehrheit angenommen.

Alle bisherigen Verwaltungsräte wurden für ein weiteres Amtsjahr bestätigt.

Für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 wird keine Dividende ausgeschüttet.
