Generalversammlung genehmigt alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrates

Altdorf/Kairo, 13. Mai 2013 - Heute fand in Altdorf, Schweiz, die 5. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Orascom Development Holding AG (Orascom Development) statt. An der Generalversammlung nahmen 306 Aktionäre teil. Insgesamt waren 69,25 % des ausgegebenen Aktienkapitals vertreten.

Sämtliche Anträge des Verwaltungsrates wurden mit deutlicher Mehrheit angenommen.

Alle bisherigen Verwaltungsräte (bis auf Luciano Gabriel, der nicht zur Wiederwahl stand) wurden für ein weiteres Amtsjahr bestätigt. Zudem wurden Eskandar Tooma und Marco Sieber als neue Mitglieder für ein Amtsjahr in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt.

Für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 wird keine Dividende ausgeschüttet.

Die 6. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Orascom Development findet am 12. Mai 2014 statt.
