Complementing these, the company also operated 22 general retail stores. The enterprise, headquartered in Guangzhou, China, was established in 1997. It was formerly known as Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Company Limited before officially adopting its current name, Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited, in August 2013.
