New Cooperation with SIM Group

München/Jena/Berlin - May 16th 2023

SIM Group and the technology company Realcube have recently agreed on a cooperation for property management. SIM Group, based in Jena and Berlin, is an experienced investment and asset manager specialising in the development of existing residential properties into sustainable and liveable living spaces in Germany. Realcube is a cloud platform for fully integrated, digital real estate management and offers the SIM Group the opportunity to bring together data from different technologies in a structured manner in one place via an open interface (open API). The resulting "single source of truth" is the basis for intelligent analyses and reports in asset management.

With its platform, Realcube connects property and asset management as well as ERP systems in order to make data and information centrally accessible for all parties involved and decision-makers in real estate management at any time. "By using the Realcube cloud platform, SIM Group can take its asset management to a new level and, in addition to intelligent analyses, also lay the foundations for EU taxonomy, compliance and further ESG evaluations," explains Realcube founder and CEO Dr Uwe Forgber. His company offers standardised templates for reports, from portfolio overviews, vacancy and OPOS reports to individual portfolio analyses, which can be used by the SIM Group, says Forgber.

SIM founder and CEO Benjamin Spieler is looking forward to the future cooperation: "Realcube's cloud platform solution offers us the opportunity to continue to consistently pursue our ESG objectives and to align our real estate management accordingly, as well as to drive digitalisation in our company even further. When selecting our partners, it is important for us to have a common understanding of the importance of ESG-compliant property and data management for sustainable residential property values. With the help of Realcube, we will be able to generate predictive analytics, reports and reporting in real time in the future and also provide real value to our stakeholders."
