It offers low pressure diffusion furnace, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition and LPCVD systems, fast firing furnaces, regeneration furnaces, and batch-type systems; integrated production solutions for the manufacturing of mono and multi-crystalline solar cells; and horizontal and vertical batch systems, single wafer systems, and vertical high temperature furnaces for use in semiconductors. The company also provides logic and memory devices, power semiconductors, LED, SMT, and MEMS or sensor technology products; production systems delivery, assembly, and commissioning services; training of customer staff in the operation of production systems; replacement parts purchasing services; supplementary and consulting services for systems; remote control and maintenance services for the analysis and troubleshooting of system errors; optimization services for processes and production stages; maintenance services; and retrofitting, refurbishment, and equipment upgradation services.
