Grand City Properties S.A. Listing of the Series B Bonds in Prime Standard for Corporate Bonds

Luxembourg, [18 August 2014], - The unsubordinated, senior secured 6.25 % straight bonds maturing in June 2020 (ISIN XS0937063310, "Series B Bonds") issued by Grand City Properties S.A. ("Company") and currently listed in the Entry Standard will participate in trading in the Prime Standard for Corporate Bonds of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, beginning from August 19, 2014.

The Prime Standard for Corporate Bonds is the market segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with the highest transparency standards for bonds.
