Additionally, the company oversees two REITs on the Stock Exchange of Thailand: Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT, focused on industrial and logistics properties within Thailand, and Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, which targets commercial properties. The company officially adopted its current name, Frasers Property Limited, in February 2018, having previously operated as Frasers Centrepoint Limited.
